By accessing or using Facilit8 (the “Platform”), operated by Genie App Digital Solutions Limited (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform. These terms govern all interactions between facilitators, companies, and other users on Facilit8.
Facilit8 provides a digital marketplace that connects companies seeking professional training with qualified facilitators. Users may post, manage, or bid for training events, receive notifications, process payments, and exchange feedback. Facilit8 acts as a trusted intermediary to streamline engagement and payment processes.
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Facilit8 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.
Companies may post training events, manage budgets, and review facilitators.
Facilitators may bid on events, manage schedules, and receive payments via virtual accounts.
Users agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, or attempt to bypass platform fees or payment channels.
All payments for training events are processed through Facilit8’s secure payment gateway. Facilit8 deducts a service fee or commission from facilitator payments, as displayed during payout processing. Facilit8 may also hold funds in escrow until event completion is confirmed or disputes are resolved.
Companies may cancel a training before it begins. Refunds are processed in accordance with our payment policy. Facilit8 reserves the right to mediate disputes between facilitators and companies. Our decision in such cases will be final to ensure fairness and platform integrity.
All trademarks, logos, and content on the Facilit8 platform are owned by Genie App Digital Solutions Limited or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
Facilit8 provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by third-party service providers or system interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Obligations related to outstanding payments and legal compliance survive termination.
